Bombada
have continued to slump in the 2016-2017 Gambia Football Federation domestic
division one league after slipping to current league leaders Gambia Armed
Forces on Saturday.
The
Brikama-based outfit lost to the Soldiers in their re-scheduled fixtures played
at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium on Saturday.
Bombada
are languishing second-place from bottom in the country’s top flight league
with only 7 points in ten league fixtures after beating Serrekunda United 3-2
and Steve Biko 5-2 in their two previous fixtures before losing to Gambia Armed
Forces.
Meanwhile,
Gambia Armed Forces have maintained their one-point lead in the 2016-2017
Gambia Football Federation domestic division one league after beating Bombada
in their re-scheduled week-three fixtures played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini
Stadium on Saturday.
The
Soldiers are with 23 points in ten league matches with one more game to go
before the end of the first round.
