Under cross-examination, the witness told the court that he knows where the accused person, Yaya Bah, lives and where the complainant, his neighbour, lives.
He added that he knew the accused for many years, adding that on the day of the incident he found the accused in the middle of a crowd.
The witness denied that the accused was beaten, because he was among the people who took the accused to the station, and gave a statement to that effect.
