Primary School League update

May 27 saw Methodist Preparatory School play Rev. J. C. Faye Memorial School.

The toss was won by Methodist Preparatory School, who were elected to bat. They scored 47 runs for 10 wickets in their allotted 13.5 overs played.

Baboucarr Jallow batted for them and scored 10 runs - the highest for them.

Muhammed Njie bowled and took 2 wickets for 4 runs in 1 over bowled.

Rev. J. C. Faye Memorial School batted in the second innings and scored 48 runs for 3 wickets in 11.1 overs played.

Morr Jobe batted for them and scored 12 runs the highest for them. The highest wicket taker for them was Modou Lamin Tunkara with 6 wickets for 10 runs in 3 overs bowled.

Rev. J. C. Faye Memorial School won by 8 wickets.

May 28 Albion Lower Basic School played Wesley Lower Basic School after the toss was won by Wesley Lower Basic School, who were elected to bat and scored 52 runs for 8 wickets in 15 overs played.

Sheikh Musa Camara batted for them and scored 9 runs the highest for them. The highest wicket taker for them was Momodou Foon, with 3 wickets for 10 runs in 2 overs bowled.

Albion Lower Basic School batted in the second innings and was able to score 53 runs in 10 overs played for the loss of 5 wicket.

The highest run scorer for them was Alieu Marr with 11 runs, and the highest wicket taker for them was Fallou Thope with 5 wickets for 12 runs in 3 overs bowled. Albion Lower Basic School won by 5 wickets.

May 29 saw Campama Lower Basic School play Wesley Lower Basic School and the toss was won by Wesley Lower Basic School, who were elected to bat and they scored 25 runs all out in 7 overs.

Campama Lower Basic School batted in the second innings and was able to score 26 in 7 overs played for 7 wickets.

Campama Lower Basic School won by 4 wickets.
