Police Inspector Testify in Court

Inspector Edrisa Ndure a police Inspector attached to Tallinding Police Station on 4th March 2009, testified at the Bundung Magistrate's Court before Magistrate Kumba Sillah Camara.

Testifying PW2, told the court that on 21st July 200 while on duty one Ebrima Touray came into their office and request bail for his brother. He said he told Ebrima Touray to go and come back around 3:00p.m because the station officer was out. He said when Ebrima left, one Agie Kunda Jallow came with two unknown men who where later known to be Foroyaa Newspaper reporters and they told him that three people went to their office and informed them that one Agie Gunda Jallow gave some money to the officer in Tallinding station in order to arrest some youths in Ebo-town.

PW2 reveals at that juncture he called on the relief commander corporal Bakary Kujabi to asked whether the complainant has given him some cash and the relief commander replied in the negative.

The case was at that juncture adjourned to a later.
