Plaintiff Rohey Gaye is seeking court redress for the recovery of D500,000 from Modou Syian, the defendant, at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court before Principal Magistrate Dayo Small.
According to the particulars of claim, the plaintiff is seeking the D500,000 redress from defendant Modou Syian as the value of a Gelegeleh vehicle and one IC class for the said vehicle the defendant had to give her.
When the claim was read to the defendant in the local language he claimed to understand, he denied it.
At that juncture, the matter was adjourned till 10 June 2014, for hearing.
