As
part of the electoral process of Gambia National Olympic Committee for the
upcoming election scheduled on 5 November 2016, we are pleased to inform you
that the nominations were opened by the Chairman of the Electoral commission on
Saturday 8 October 2016 and the following summarises the outcome of the
nominations:
• 22 nominations received out of 24
associations
• 1 nomination was declared null and
void because there was no association name on the form
• 2 associations did not submit their
nominations.
