Manchester United on Sunday beat Rangers FC by a goal to nil in the on-going Serrekunda East Sports Development Organisation nawetan competition.

Mbemba Colley’s astonishing 53rd minute strike was all but enough to ensure that his side overcomes Rangers FC, in the 3pm encounter played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.

In the 5pm kick-off on the same day, R.S.L. Zurich FC hammered B.B. Rovers FC 3-nil, with skipper Buba Sama registering a brace.

Totti, as he is widely referred to, opened the score line for his side in the 39th minute from a magnificent strike.

Moments later, Sulayman Sanyang doubled the lead with a fantastic long range drive to give his side a 2-nil lead going into the break.

Sama sealed the victory for Zurich FC three minutes upon resumption, after capitalising on a B.B. Rovers FC defensive error.

B.B. Robers FC ended the game with ten men, as Samba Colley was sent off after he was caught punching Sarjo Sanneh.

Earlier on Saturday, Juventus FC beat Nguma FC by 5-4 in a post-match penalty shootout, following a goalless draw in regulation time, in the game played at 3pm.

Milan FC in the 5pm clash of the same day defeated Milan Rossoneri FC by 2-nil, thanks to Omar Badjie and Wally Fofana’s 11th and 69th minute goals.
