One Solo Jabang was recently arraigned before the
Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with wilful damage to property.
The charge sheet read that some time in March 2015, at Kotu in the Kanifing Municipality, he unlawfully and wilfully damaged the fence of one Hatab Sanyang, valued at D6,135.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D3,000 with a Gambian surety, who must swear to an affidavit of means and deposit an ID card.
The case was adjourned to 20 May 2015.
