A man called Buba Fadera was recently
arraigned before Magistrate P Sarre of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged
with assault causing actual bodily harm.
Police prosecutors accused Buba Fadera that on 15 February 2015, at Brikama Misira in the Kombo Central district of the West Coast Region, he assaulted one Bintou Suwa by hitting her with a pestle, and thereby caused her grievous bodily harm.
He was granted court bail of D15,000 with a Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 23 March 2015, for hearing.
