One Saikou Trawally was recently arraigned before Principal Magistrate Tabally of the Banjul Magistrates’ Court, charged with being in possession of cannabis sativa.
Trawally had denied the charge and was granted court bail of D200,000 with a Gambian surety with a landed property within the Greater Banjul Area.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Saikou Trawally, on 21 September 2011, at the Banjul Ferry Terminal, was found in possession of 200g of suspected cannabis sativa and thereby committed an offence.
