One Ousman Bojang was on Tuesday brought before Magistrate B. Mahoney to answer to a charge of assault causing bodily harm at the Kanifing Magistrates' Court.

The prosecutor, Daddy Jobe, rose and objected for the accused to be granted bail on the ground that the victim is suffering from serious injuries on his body, adding that he is discharged from hospital but the medical certificate was not yet released.
The accused was granted bail, in the sum of D100, 000 with two Gambian sureties with ID card and reachable address.
