Man charged with threatening violence

A Magistrate court in Kanifing recently heard a criminal case of threatening violence brought against, one Mustapha Tinn.

The accused, Mustapha Tinn who pleaded not guilty to the charge, was granted a court bail in the sum of D5000 with a Gambian surety.

According to the particulars of offence on 20th June 2010, at London Corner in the Kanifing Municipality, with intent to intimidate and annoy the accused, Mustapha Tinn threatened to stab one Isatou Jobe with a broken bottle.

Magistrate Drammeh adjourned the case to 8th July 2010 for continuation.
