The charge sheet read in court stated that in April 2015, at Pipeline, in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused, Ousman Nyang, with intent to intimidate or annoy, threatened to kill one Pa Samba Nyang with a hacksaw.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D10,000 with a Gambian surety, who must swear to an affidavit of means and deposit an ID card.
Hearing continues on 15 April 2015.
