The third edition of the Late Abdoulie Njie Memorial Football Tournament organised by Mustapha Drammeh, football programme officer for Serrekunda East Sports Development Organisation (SESDO), has continued to gather pace at the Serrekunda Lower Basic School playground.
On Sunday 14 August 2011, Week Selection FC drew 0-0 with Black Pool FC in a keenly and well-contested encounter played at the Serrekunda Lower Basic School football field.
On Saturday 13 August 2011, Rangers FC beat Cambel Town FC by 1-nil, while London Boys FC drew 0-0 with Nguma FC on Friday 12 August 2011.
Meanwhile, Nguma FC will take on Rangers FC today in what is expected to be a mouth-watering clash at the Serrekunda Lower Basic School playground.
On Thursday 18 August 2011, Wales FC will battle it out with Leeds United.
Pencha Bi FC will clash with London Boys FC in the 3.30 pm encounter, while Cambel Town FC will lock horns with Cannon FC in the 5.30pm kick-off the same day at the Serrekunda Lower Basic School football field.
