In her ruling the presiding Judge, Justice Naceesay Salla-Wadda, stated that the ruling was in respect of the motion filed by the appellant seeking leave to file an additional grounds of appeal. She stated that the motion was supported by an affidavit, which was attached to the motion paper.
She indicated that after hearing the argument by the appellant's counsel, the court has decided to grant the application.
The case was thereafter adjourned to 14thOctober for the adoption of briefs.
