The five-team national cricket league will be drawing its curtains on Sunday November 1st 2009 as league champions Jewel of India take on Safeway Asia XI at the July 22nd Square.
The 2008/09 league champions who currently lead the table at 24 points are six points clear ahead of second place holders, the Veterans.
The champions will be engaged in a mid-table clash with third place Safeway Asia XI with 15 points, making the end of the 2008/09 session.
The two other contestants GPA and Wallidan who are languishing at the bottom of the table scored 6 and 3 points each, respectively.
