Current
league and FF Cup champions Interior are set to clash with Abuko United in the
2016- 2017 Women division one league season traditional curtain raiser, the
Super Cup, on Sunday 13 November 2016, at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium at
4.30pm.
The
police outfit clinched both the league and FF Cup titles last season, and will
be contending to humiliate Abuko United in the final to lift the Super Cup
title.
The
Abuko-based outfit will be hoping for revenge to claim the Super Cup title
after losing the league and FF Cup titles to Interior last season.
The
Super Cup final marked the beginning of the 2016-2017 Gambia Football
Federation Women domestic division one league season.
