IEC prepares for National Assembly Elections

The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has issued a statement saying it is preparing to conduct the National Assembly Elections in pursuance to section 96 of the countryโ€™s constitution.

According to the IEC, the National Assembly elections is scheduled for Thursday 6 April 2017 and the Local Government elections for Thursday 12 April 2018.
