The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court recently convicted and sentenced one Omar Manneh to a fine of D3,000 in default to serve three months in prison on a charge of breaking into a house with intent to commit a felony.
According to the particulars of the offence, on 5 July 2011, at Serekunda London Corner, in the Kanifing Municipality, the convict, Omar Manneh, broke and entered into the house of one Alieu Mboge, with intent to commit a felony therein to wit stealing.
