Lamin Gassama and Omar Manneh were recently arraigned before Magistrate Lamin Mbye of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing by agent.
According to the particulars of offence, on 11 August 2011, at the Bundung Garage, the accused persons, Lamin Gassama and Omar Manneh, permanently denied one Mariama Sillah, the use of her plumbing materials, valued at D72,750, given to them for transportation.
The accused person vehemently denied the charge preferred against them, and were subsequently granted bail of D250,000 each with a Gambian surety.
