Ham Ham Defeat Jambanjelly in GFA Second Division

Ham Ham defeated Jambanjelly 1-0 in week four of the ongoing GFA second division league on Tuesday at Brikama Mini Stadium.

Both sides put up spectacular performance in the first 20 minutes of game and both sides create clear goal scoring opportunity and the first half ended 0-0.

As play resumes in the second half Ham Ham  were well organise and compose in the midfield and have create lot of scoring opportunity in front of Jambanjelly goal mouth and their efforts paid dividend in the 78 minutes of the game when striker Alagie Bega their winning goal after through Jambanjelly defence.

Jambanjelly made a terrific returned in the dying minutes of the game but could not level the tally until the game ended 1-0 in favour of Ham Ham who now have six points from four games. Jambanjelly is so far at three points from four games.

On the same day Lamin FC thrashed Nema United 3-1 at Manjai Field in other week four encounter while Interior drew 1-1 with Young Africans at Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.

Meanwhile week four games continue this Saturday 28 March 2009, GPA who are  yet to registered a victory in league will clash with the bottom place occupants Serrekunda United at Serrekunda East Mini Stadium at while Serrekunda East will lock horns with Kaira Silo at Manjai Field at .
