Momodou Bah, 14, is in dire need of urgent help to continue his schooling.
The father of the Grade 7 student of Methodist Upper Basic School in West Coast Region informed The Point of his inability to sponsor his child’s schooling due to lack of source of income.
Speaking yesterday to this reporter, the father, Amadou Bah, said he could not continue to pay his son’s school fees due to financial problems.
“This coming 2011/2012 school academic year he will be going to Grade 8 at the Methodist Upper Basic School and due to some financial constraints, I won’t be able to continue paying my son’s school fees to further his education,” Mr Bah explained the family’s sorrowfull state of affairs.
Mr Bah said that in their last third term examination Momodou Bah took 4th position out of 45 students in the class.
According to him, he is very much concerned about Momodou’s education even though he could not afford to pay for him.
He used the interview to appeal to individuals, groups, and philanthropists to assist his son to continue his education.
