GFF awards win to Young Africans as Lamin Utd fail to honour fixtures

The Gambia Football Federation has awarded three points and two goals to Young Africans after their opponents Lamin United failed to honor their week-eighteen fixtures in the ongoing second division league.

According to GFF, Young Africans were present at the ground on the match day, but Lamin United failed to turn up for the fixtures after languishing bottom-place in the second tier.

The victory moved the Banjul-based outfit 11th place in the second tier with 20 points in eighteen league matches.

The Lamin-based outfit are occupying bottom place in the second tier with 5 points prior to their week-eighteen clash with Young Africans.
