Gambia
U-20 women’s national team are anxious to overturn deficit against Burkina Faso
in the FIFA women’s World Cup qualifiers when they clash in the second-leg
fixture this Saturday, at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
The
women’s Scorpion require to overturn the tie against their fellow West Africans
in the second-leg tie on Saturday to sail to the second round of the qualifiers
after losing to them 3-2 in the first-leg played in Ouagadougou last week.
But
a draw will see Gambia out of the qualifiers and Burkina Faso through.
Gambia
have qualified for the FIFA women World Cup once in their history in 2012.
