Gambia celebrates 21st Anniversary of July 22nd Revolution

The Gambia will celebrate tomorrow the 21st Anniversary of the July 22nd Revolution.

The celebration will start today with a reception at the Kairaba Beach Hotel, and will tomorrow be marked in Banjul with a parade at Arch 22nd  in Banjul of security forces, and a march past of schoolchildren and voluntary organisations.

Prayers will also be offered in all mosques and churches across the country.

On Thursday 23 July 2015, there will be the Russia-Africa Anti-drug Dialogue at Kairaba Beach Hotel from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

On Tuesday 28 July 2015, there will be integration of MOICI ICT Centre in Bakau at 10 a.m. and launching of Miss J22 Scholarship Pageant Foundation at the Kairaba Beach Hotel at 3 pm.

Wednesday 29 July 2015, there will be launching of Single Window Business Registry in Banjul at 10 a.m. and laying of Foundation Stone of Office Complex for Marimo Sales Project.

On Thursday 30 July 2015, there will be opening of the Fajikunda Major Health Centre in Fajikunda at 10 a.m. and opening of Brikama Major Health Centre in Brikama at 3 p.m.

On Friday 31 July 2015, there will be Inauguration of Bakau Health Centre Expansion Project in Bakau at 3 p.m.

On Saturday 1 August 2015, there will be opening of AFPRC General Hospital Staff Headquarters in Farafenni at 10 a.m. as well as opening of Kaur Minor Health Centre in Kaur.

On Wednesday 5 August 2015, there will be opening of Energy Expansion Project followed by Sub-Station visits in Mandinary at 10 a.m. and a visit to Energy Expansion Project sub-station in Tallinding at 3 p.m.
