In a press release made available to Pointsports, Furu Gomez whose name was put forward by some teams for the position of 3rd vice president for the campaign of the duo for the 20th September 2014 GFF elections, said his consent was not sought nor does he support the campaign of Buba Mbye Bojang and Omar Danso.
He has, therefore, asked that his name not to be put forward for the said position or any other position by teams associated with the campaign of Buba Mbye Bojang and Omar Danso.
