One
of the country’s prestigious financial institutions, FiBank Gambia Limited, is
set to award prizes to outstanding players in the 2016 Super Nawettan.
The
prizes will be presented to deserving players during the 2016 Super Nawettan
final between Banjul and Gunjur today at the Independence Stadium in Bakau for
their brilliant performance in the championship.
Pa
Ousman Njie, General Manager of FiBank, said the bank would give prize money to
the best player, best goalkeeper, best defender and leading goal scorer.
FiBank
is glad to sponsor the Super Nawettan, Mr Njie said.
He
thanked the Super Nawettan Organising Committee for their efforts at organizing
the tournament.
He
also commended GFF officer Baboucarr Ceesay aka Mayer for supporting him during
his playing days.
