Principal Magistrate Abeke of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court recently discharged Fallo Bah and Sunkaru Badjie.
This followed the application made by the prosecuting officer, CPL 358 Sarr to withdraw the case on the grounds that the items stolen by the accused persons were recovered.
He said the accused persons and the complainant are related and he was informed by the complainant that he had discussed with the accused persons who agreed on the terms.
The prosecution application was granted and the court subsequently discharged the accused persons.
