Driver Fine

One Kajali Darboe was recently sentenced by senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbackeh of the Kanifing Magistrates court to a fine of D1300 in default to serve 9months imprisonment.

Mr Kajali Darboe was found guilty of violating tracffick rules by driving a motor vehicle without efficient breaking system and also reckless driving.
