One Alex Duru a Nigerian is in conflict with the laws of the land as he was accused of violating the public high way code.
He was on Wednesday appeared before Senior Magistrate Edrisa Mbai of the Brikama Magistrates Court were he denied obstructing the public high way.
Meanwhile to gain his freedom of movement for the meantime he was granted court bail in the sum of D3000, before the case was adjourned to a later date.
