Scorpions
head coach, Tom Saintfiet is hoping to line up a formidable squad against
Angola in the opening fixture of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers on
13 November in Luanda at 6pm.
Coach
Saintfiet named a thirty-six man provisional squad for the continent’s
bi-annual biggest football jamboree qualifiers with the Southern African
country. The number will be trimmed to a seize team that will travel to Luanda
for the qualifiers.
Coach
Saintfiet will be expecting to present a very strong team to secure vital three
points before hosting Democratic Republic of Congo in their second match on 18
November, at the Independence Stadium in Bakau at 4pm.
The
Scorpions will be skirmishing for revenge after slipping to Angola 3-1 on
aggregate in the 2022 World Cup preliminary qualifiers played last month.
