Actions will resume in the ongoing Brikama Nawettan qualifiers today Wednesday 8th July 2009, at Brikama Mini Stadium.
Starlight FC will clash with Celtics FC in group D, while On Thursday 9th July 2009, Decons FC will entertain Africans Light FC in group A. On Friday 10th July Sam FC will meet Dahabas FC in group A.
Also, on Saturday 11th July Sanchaba United FC will battle it out with Newtown FC in group B.
On Sunday 12th July, Babylon FC will face Gidda FC in group C, while on Tuesday 14th July Starlight FC will take on Kembujeh FC in group D.
In other results, Sam FC drew 2-2 with Africans Light FC in group D, Celtics FC beat Kembujeh 1-0 FC, Decons FC defeated Dahabas FC 2-1 in group A, while Madina FC drew 0-0 with Newtown in group B.
The first round of the qualifiers will wrap-up on Tuesday 14th July, when the four qualified teams from the preliminaries will join the four relegated teams from the last Nawettan in a final qualifier to decide the vacuum places of four teams for the Nawettan proper.
