The beneficiaries will include representatives of regional sports committees, registered football clubs, junior schools, primary schools, Deaf sports organisations, Sports Journalists Association of The Gambia and Combine sports.
The course, which runs from 8 to 19 May this year, is set to be held at the Bamboo Resort in Kololi.
Organised by the new executive committee of the GBA headed by Mohammed Musa Papa Njie, the course is sponsored by the Gambia Olympic Committee and the Olympic Solidarity.
GBA Secretary General Abdoulie M.C. Jallow told Pointsport that the international coaching course is expected to bring together 23 participants comprising men and women from Banjul to Central River Region.
The resource person for the course is a certified trainer from Nairobi, Kenya, who is set to arrive in The Gambia on 6 May 2013.
While the course is underway, coaches will have the opportunity to be assisted by the instructor during league games before his departure from The Gambia.
