Ron Mango FC last Saturday 8th August 2009, thrashed Super Lions FC 2-0 in the ongoing Old Jeshwang Nawettan Championship, at Old Jeshwang Lower Basic School Football Field.
Both sides played offensive and defensive in the opening minute of the game and created several scoring chances in each other's goal mouth, but failed to capitalise on their chances.
Ron Mango FC opened the tally through Ousman Jatta in the 24th minute of play from a brilliant strike, Super Lions FC, who were perfect in ball possession during the opening minute only to lose their rhythm in the mid way of the first half and allowed Ron Mango FC to control the game.
They had created clear goal scoring opportunities, but failed to net their second goal, and thus the first half ended 1-0 in favour of Ron Mango FC.
In the second half, Super Lions regrouped themselves and came all out to mount pressures on Ron Mango FC. They created a few clear chances, but failed to break the deadlock, while Ousman Njie sealed the victory in the dying minute of play, after dribbling Super Lions FC defenders to make it 2-0 for Ron Mango FC.
