Angola will host Gambia in the first-leg of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers today, in Luanda at 7pm.

The Angolans, who defeated Gambia 3-1 on aggregate in the 2022 World Cup preliminary qualifiers  in September, will contend to maintain their winning run against the Scorpions to grab the maximum points in the continent’s biggest bi-annual football fiesta qualifiers.

The Scorpions will compete for vengeance to snatch the vital three points after losing to the Angolans 3-1 on aggregate in the 2022 World Cup preliminary qualifiers played in September.

Meanwhile, Gambia will welcome Democratic Republic of Congo in their second match on Monday, at the Independence Stadium in Bakau at 4pm.
