A man alleged to have stolen a mobile phone from the Regional Education Officer in Kanifing, was on 26 January 2011 granted court bail of D20,000 with a Gambian surety, who must deposit a biometric ID card and should be residing within the jurisdiction.
According to the particulars of the offence, the accused, Babucarr Jallow, in December 2010, at the Regional Educational Office in Kanifing, stole a mobile phone marked Dorado valued at D2,300, being the property of Lamin Fatajo
The case, heard before Magistrate Tabally of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court, was adjourned till 3 February 2011.
