A man was recently arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates' Court for allegedly impersonating a Military Officer.
According to the charge sheet, Buba Jammeh in October 2009, at the Kanifing Magistrates' Court falsely represented himself to Inspector and Cadet Inspector Mballow as Lieutenant Jammeh, enquiring a case involving one Matty Bittaye, a charge he denied.
Mr. Jammeh was subsequently granted a court bail by Magistrate Sidibeh in the sum of D1500.
The case continues.
