Count one of the charge sheet stated that Walter Shyngle, on 13 July 2012, at Pipeline, in the Kanifing Municipality, was found in possession of 5kg, 380grams of cannabis sativa, a prohibited drug.
And count two read that Shyngle had in his possession four bundles of cannabis sativa, a prohibited drug for the purpose of supply by retail or wholesale.
He was remanded in custody before the case was adjourned till 25 September 2012.
