Njack Corr and Musa Sonko were recently arraigned before Magistrate Clement of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with store breaking and stealing.

The charge sheet on count two stated that after breaking into the said store, they stole the following: one gray 100 liter water tank, one wheelbarrow and a sheet of plywood, whose total value stood at D18,000, the property of the said Omar Jawara and thereby committed an offence.
They pleaded guilty to the charges and the case was adjourned till 7 September 2011, for judgement.
