The Brikama Magistrates’ Court presided over by Principal Magistrate Kemo Ceesay recently remanded in custody one Bunja Drammeh, after Drammeh admitting his criminal responsibility of breaking into a building.
According to the charge sheet, on 5 December 2010, at Gambia College, the accused, Bunja Darboe, stole the following items: 32 plastic chairs valued at D8,000, mirco-phone valued at D1,000, three Nokia phones valued at D5,500, one amplifier valued at D1,500, television marked Sharp valued at D2,000 and loud speaker valued at D1,000.
The case was adjourned till 18 January 2011.
