One Alagie Saidy was Wednesday arraigned before Principal Magistrate Dayoh Small of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with housebreaking and stealing.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D20,000 with a Gambian surety.

The particulars of offence on count one stated that the accused, Alagie Saidy, on 22 February 2014, at Brikama Nyambai, broke and entered into the house of one Mariama Jaiteh with intent to commit an offence, therein wit stealing.
Count two stated that on the same date and place, he stole one complete dress valued at D650, and two bangles valued at D300, being the properties of Mariama Jaiteh.
