Issika Ceesay and Amadou Ceesay were on 7th December 2009, arraigned before Magistrate Ikpala of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court, charged with assault causing actual bodily harm. Both pleaded not guilty.
According to the particulars of offence, on 13th November 2009, at Serrekunda Market in the
