Adama Fatty of Yundum, an employee of Al-Kharaffi Company, was on Wednesday arraigned and charged with stealing by servant or clerk before Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh of the Brikama Magistrates' Court.
According to the particulars of the offence, the accused on or about 2nd August 2008 at Yundum Police Station stole (9) of 20 litres of gas oil valued at D5, 760 being the property of Al-Kharaffi Company. He denied the charge.
Meanwhile the accused was remanded in to custody at the Mile II State Central Prison until the next adjourned date.
