No fewer than four suspects namely, Lamin Sissoho, Kali Bah, Morro Saidy Bah and Cherno Sissoho were on 9th September 2008 arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates' Court presided over by Magistrate B.O Jobe charged with obtaining money by false pretences and conspiracy to commit felony.
