Adama Sanyang of Commit FC has emerged winner of Gunjur Miss Nawettan 2012 beauty contest held recently at the town’s biggest entertainment centre, Gunjur Tarud Pre-School Hall.
Adama was seconded by Fatou M. Bojang of NAS FC, followed by Kassi Sambou of Manchester United FC, while Yamuni Janneh of Nyokoyorr FC finished 4th position.
The weekend’s biggest beauty contest brought together contestants from ten Nawettan teams in Gunjur, and attracted large crowd from Gunjur and its surrounding areas.
Adama Sanyang of Commit FC received D1,500 as winner, Fatou M. Bojang received D750 as runners-up, Kassi Sambou received D500 as 3rd place holder, whilst Yamuni Janneh received D200 as the fourth place holder.
The contest was organised by Dutcher and Sheriffo Jatta alongside hottest DJ Solid boy of Gunjur Radio Jannehkoto FM.
