One Malick Touray, the accused recently testified before Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrates' Court in a bicycle theft case brought against him.
Testifying before the court, the accused, Malick Touray told the court that he bought the said bicycle from a boy he did not know, at a cost of D200 in Bundung Borehole and a receipt was issued to him.
He urged the court to trust his evidence, as he could not trace the boy from whom he bought the bicycle.
The case was adjourned to 23rd March 2010 for judgement.
