Speaking on the occasion, Dawda Joof project manager Global Fund HIV Round 8 at Action Aid, said the presentation of vehicle aims to support in the management of service delivery in the HIV/AIDS response in the country.
He noted that the provision of the vehicle would enhance monitoring and supervision of HIV programmes. The Project Manager assured of Global Fund’s support and cooperation in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
In receiving the keys on behalf of the board of directors and senior management of Worldview The Gambia, Ahmed Jaejan Loum Project Manager HIV/AIDS at Worldview thanked Action Aid International and Global Fund for their steadfastness and support in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
He said the vehicle would greatly enhance the management and supervision and by extension contribute to the attainment of Global Fund target. He assured them of Worldview’s commitment and support at all times.
