Jallow and Fatty have been outstanding for the TMT. Their dedication, commitment and love for the team have played a vital role in establishing the team as one of the leading forces in women’s football in The Gambia.
Kaddy’s exceptional leadership and influence as captain, together with Fatou’s commanding presence and determination in defence, have built an unforgettable legacy in their football career.
Both players have represented The Gambia at the international stage. Kaddy was a member of The Gambia senior women’s national team. Fatou has represented the Gambia U-20 women’s national team.
“We are immensely proud to see them become the first female players in the history of TMT FC to secure an international club move,” the club said.
At Paro FC, they will join two fellow Gambians who are already part of the men’s team of the club, further strengthening the growing Gambian presence at the Bhutanese club and highlighting the continued rise of Gambian football talent on the international stage.
TMT’s president Omar Ho Saidykhan, accompanied by members of the club’s leadership, was at the airport to bid the players farewell.
Saidykhan congratulated Kaddy and Fatou on their historic achievement. He urged the duo to embrace the opportunity with humility, discipline, and determination. He also encouraged them to represent TMT FC and The Gambia well.
H as well advised them to respect the values, rules and culture of both their new club and host country, saying they carry the pride of TMT and The Gambia wherever they go.
