Liverpool have made an initial approach for Gambian winger Yankuba Minteh.

The Reds are keen to sign Minteh to reinforce their attacking tag.

Minteh was influential for Brighton in the 2025\2026 English Premier League campaign.

He guided Brighton to the 2026\2027 UEFA Europa Conference League.

Minteh played 34 matches for Brighton across all competitions.

Hescored three goals and provided four assists for Brighton.
