The training was centred on both practical and theory respectively.
Meanwhile, The Gambia Hockey Association has embarked on two weeks materials and certificates distribution to schools and participants.
Brikama UBS, Jamisa SSS, Mindow SSS, New Yundum UBS, Busumbala Basic Cycle, SBEC international, Bakoteh SSS, Kairaba SSS and Kanifing East SSS on 23rd November 2023 received their materials and certificates.
Saint Joseph, Gambia SSS and Saint Augustine UBS on 26th November 2023 received their materials and certificates.
Marena International, Tallinding, Charles Jaw, Latrikunda Sabiji and Nema Kunku on 4th December 2023 received their materials and certificates.
Meanwhile, The Gambia Hockey Association has donated hockey materials to schools in the Greater Banjul area and Brikama area respectively.
The donated items include 16 hockey sticks, 13 balls, 5 set of guards and goalkeeping gears.
All school and participants received their materials and certificates.
Kanifing cluster, Banjul cluster, Brikama cluster, Latrikunda cluster and Bakau cluster have all received their goalkeeping gears.
